  • Embracing Normalcy and Authenticity in Fitness | Analise Jimenez
    Apr 4 2023

Analise "@Trainwithanalise" has found her specific gifts in empowering women through personal training lifting weights and has doubled down to create a business around it. After high school, she didn’t know what she wanted to do with her career. She found the major of Kinesiology at CSUF because of her love for dance. As she began to learn more in her classes and experimented as a Zumba instructor, she found herself working as a personal trainer on the side at 24 hour fitness. Analise reflects on the many lessons she learned while juggling school and her personal training job. She details the uncertainty of how she felt after quitting her job and pursued her own business. Doing house calls for personal training sessions, holding classes at the park and ultimately building a gym in her garage. It’s an inspiring story that shows an example of where life can take you if you continue to improve on one skill and have a long term perspective. Analise now has over 100k followed on her social media platforms and has a growing and consistent business with clients who have worked with her for over 6 years!! Hope you enjoy this week's episode!
