  • Our focus is how to heal the individual in order to heal the world because we're all tired of how things are and know there are better ways. Let's create the new earth, peace, Shambhala. Through meditation, energy work and the universal laws.

    It's a practice, so Thursdays you get a short (5-10min) meditation tool to take with you.

    On Tuesdays, we'll learn about things that bridge the gap between where we are and where we wanna be.

    • Spiritual "woo-woo" and (seemingly) concrete science
    • Self Love
    • Manifesting (Magic with a 'k')
    • General health & Wellbeing
    • Mental Health (anxiety / stress / etc)

    As a neurodivergent myself, we talk about that a lot. And anime. I'm your typical millenial nerd-geek who reads non-fiction for fun so I, myself can manifest abundance, peace, happiness & purpose. & then I share it with you.
