  • Getting tasks done in postpartum (all the practical tips)!
    May 8 2025

Friends, a few weeks back I asked a question on IG about what part of postpartum is most difficult? The responses were very similar and that's why I wanted to dedicate a podcast episode to sharing all the practical tips on how to accomplish tasks during those few few months to honestly, that first year of your baby's life. I am a firm believer that we can be both present with our children while also getting things accomplished around our home. May this episode be a blessing to you!

  • Baby Sleep (sharing my experiences between my three boys)
    Apr 17 2025

Friends, I prayed and asked God for a great sleeper with my third baby. My first two boys were difficult and I stumbled through the process of helping them sleep well.

Our third son has been the easiest, by far, (including the 4 month sleep regression) but it hasn't come by some type of magic formula. And from one mom to another, I'm here just sharing my experiences and I pray that it helps you with your baby also!

  • You are not the hero of your motherhood journey.
    Jan 31 2025

Friend, I have tried so many times to do it all - to prove myself to...myself. I thought that if I figured everything out on my own that it would somehow provide me the value I was seeking. I thought that if I kept it all together that everything would be okay. What I didn't see was that even when everything wasn't okay that my worth was unshakeable in Christ. What I didn't see was that life was still so beautiful and good even when I messed up as a mom.

The hard truth about motherhood is that we are not the hero. We are not the one that we should be boasting in at the end of every day. We will never have enough patience or strength on our own efforts. We will never have all the answers to challenges we face with our children. We will never have the capacity to fulfill every single need around us.

I pray this messages blesses you deeply,

    ~Hope

    Sep 18 2024

Hello friends, this week's episode is a vulnerable and genuine one as my dear friend, Shelley Adams, shares her and her husband's unique story with infertility. Shelley shares about their 5 year waiting period, not ever knowing if she would carry her own biological children. She shares how the Lord comforted her in the most darkest places of despair as well as how He breathed hope into her heart as they started their IVF journey. May this conversation be a breath of hope to any woman who needs to be reminded that God is in the midst of the details and the unique story being written.
