    On this episode of RNT Fitness Radio, I'm joined by long-time RNTer, Anila. Who, to be honest, is completely unrecognizable since where she started three years ago. Anila is down 30 kilos, but more than that her confidence has completely shot through the roof. Seeing her on a photo shoot day rocking outfits she probably never dreamed of and now just living life in a way that she didn't think was possible. Her type 2 diabetes has gone into remission and her health is in the best place it'sbeen. This is a really cool story and I can't wait to hear it.

    On this episode of RNT Fitness Radio, I'm joined by Sumit Pal, who in the last 12 months at RNT has absolutely crushed it with his health, fitness, and overall lifestyle change. Sumit is over 20 kilos down now. One of his drivers when he first started was to have the energy and vitality to be at his absolute best as a dad and to help instil long-term lifestyle habits with the family. He's not only accomplished those two, he's also hit his third goal which was to improve his performance on the cricket pitch. As a recreational cricketer, he's gone from playing in the over 40s to now knocking it about with the 20 year olds. Sumit travels for work pretty much every 2-4 weeks to the States and all over, so despite changing time zones and constantly different environments, he's managed to stay on track and absolutely nailed the process. This is a great example of what happens when you go all in on your transformation.

    After losing her uncle to brain cancer, Arpna spiralled. Grief told her, “Life’s too short… eat what you want, drink what you like.” But the deeper truth hit harder: Life’s too short to waste it feeling tired, sluggish, and disconnected from your best self. She didn’t just want to feel better. She needed to be strong, emotionally, mentally, physically, to face what was coming next: Her son’s ASD diagnosis, the stress of family life, and the growing weight of trying to hold it all together. So she stopped waiting. She committed fully. And she used the physical as the vehicle to reclaim control of her life. Losing 52.9lbs was never the full story. The real transformation came from how Arpna started to show up in her everyday life. She became sharper mentally. More focused at work. More present with her children. More intentional with her time. Arpna is now smashing it in her second year of the RNT journey, and is a great example of what’s possible when you go all in!

    On this episode of RNT Fitness Radio, I’m joined by Jay Jethwa who comes on to share a raw, real, and honest account of the last 45 weeks on his journey with us. Jay has dropped 36 kilos (79 pounds) in 45 weeks, and we recorded this a day before his photo shoot. There are few times I’m left pretty much speechless with very few things to say - I didn’t have to ask anything. The story tells itself, and Jay literally comes on to share everything.

    A year ago, Jay was lost, unsure who he was, and in his own words, he was binge eating so hard he never wanted to wake up from the food comas he put himself into. Now he’s a new man. He’s also flying to the US from the UK to our upcoming retreat. This is a front-runner for our upcoming awards ceremony this year, and I can’t wait for you to listen to this.
