  • 24. I'm Burnt Out! The Power Of Taking An Intentional Break

    When was the last time you took a break? And by a break, I don’t mean just ticking off things from your to-do list in a different location, but actually taking a moment to intentionally rest.

    If you’re anything like me, you might even feel a twinge of guilt when you sit down to ‘do nothing’, but taking time to pause and give yourself a break is so important, and that’s what I’m diving deep into in today’s episode.

    This is a bit of a vulnerable episode for me because burnout is something that I’m very much working through at the moment, but my goal here at Radiant Womanhood is to always be open and honest and share my journey with you, in the hope that it might resonate and help you too if you’re currently walking through something similar.

    In this episode I’ll be sharing a little about the burnout I’m currently experiencing, what I’m doing to help me work through it, and some powerful analogies to show just how important rest and resetting can be when it comes to fulfilling your potential and enabling you to truly thrive.

    I’ll be sharing what I do from the moment I wake up, what I consume, how I work out, how I reframe my thoughts, my current skincare routine and much more! I’m all about small goals and stackable habits, making 1% progress every day to see real results over time.
