  • The Fastest, Cheapest Way to Double Your Sales w/Amanda Holmes | Episode 73
    Aug 22 2024

I am a product of what we teach and we wouldn’t be here today if it wasn't a methodology that actually works. -Amanda Holmes

Many people believe the best way to grow your business is to be a generalist. But the truth is: trying to be everything to everyone can dilute efforts and leave you with little to show for it.

The key to doubling your business lies not in spreading yourself thin, but in playing the long game—focusing your energy on one place, one community, and the right clients.

What if, instead of chasing every potential lead, you honed in on the clients who truly value your services?

What would it feel like to have a clear, focused strategy that leads to real, measurable results? How much time and energy could you save by zeroing in on the right clients and community?

In this episode, CEO of Chet Holmes International (CHI) Amanda Holmes joins me to talk about the fastest and least expensive way to double sales. We also talk about her journey of building a legacy and some of her personal wins.

Three Things You’ll Learn In This Episode

    • How to identify the right client
The better buyer isn’t always the biggest one. How do we identify who our perfect client is and how do we tap into that?

    • The power of consistently showing up
How does constantly showing up prepare us to make breakthroughs? Do we need to be present for every opportunity that presents itself?

    • Crafting messaging that actually works
Doubling our sales is all about focusing on simple things that move the needle. How do we craft messaging that captures attention?

That’s what happened to Jim Allen. After facing and overcoming his own health crisis, he’s recently been faced with his son’s rapid permanent blindness. This is an ongoing situation, and unlike something you overcome, you have to learn a new normal. Instead of trying to fix it, the true task is living with it.

When you’re in the thick of something like that, it might be hard to show up as a team leader, but Jim sees it differently. Having a team has actually been helpful.

How does running a team help you both in business and in your personal life? In this episode, he shares his story, his son’s story and the mentality that’s carrying him through this.
