Today's guest is Rodger, who endured significant pain from his parents' divorce at a very young age. He harbored deep resentment and blame towards them, especially as they remarried and moved on, leaving him and his sister to fend for themselves. This pain and resentment became his justification for substance abuse. However, one morning, he woke up with a decisive realization: "This has to stop now. This is the end." From that moment on, he fully committed to change. He reached out to his wife, and his life began to transform. I am incredibly proud of Rodger’s progress in recovery. He emphasizes taking one day at a time and following the proven steps of recovery. Simple yet very inspiring recovery steps that every man in recovery can learn from.
