  • On this episode, Mark Brown joins me to talk about why friendship isn’t just a luxury - it’s a necessity. We talk about the health implications of loneliness, and why lack of connection can lead to numbing and addictive behaviors. We discuss why many people come into adulthood with fears about friendship and vulnerability, and how the path to healing comes only through relationships. In two weeks, I’ll be back with Becca to talk about quality of friendships - we’ll explore different levels of relationships, as well as what it means to be a quality friend.
