I share my own experiences, such as getting facials and going to the nail salon, as well as stories from others about their ways to relax and recharge, including reading books, cooking, gardening, and even staring at grass. I share all that to share with you: It's so important to acknowledge and address guilt, whether through therapy, talking to friends, or directly apologizing to those we may have wronged.
