Today I find myself in conversation with Scott Armstrong. Once a commercial banker in the fast-paced financial hubs of the 1980s, Scott found his daily routine entrenched in the gritty details of loan approvals and financial negotiations. Stationed in Toronto, he was the go-to person for local businesses seeking financial support.
