What happens when women get the opportunity to create strong connections through the bond of acceptance and broadening minds. In this episode we talk about Sisterhood, another value that The Break program supports with the purpose to promote the confidence and power of the entrepreneurial woman. Caroline, Rosa, Claudia and Natalia will explain, from their experiences as “Breakers”, what it feels like to belong to a sisterhood of like minded women who support each other to grow personally and professionally.

They will also talk about their projects, what collaboration and compassion in this community has brought their projects and what sisterhood can do within the world of business, when women have the space to develop their capabilities in a trusting and empathic environment.
