She was crowned Ms. Veteran America in October 2017 reigning for one year bringing awareness to America about homeless women veterans. She earned a Master of Social Work at Arizona State University in 2020. She’s very active as a volunteer and advocate for causes close to her heart such as trauma, women veterans, combat and non-combat related brain injuries, policy changes, legislation, and military social issues. And Lindsay’s future goal is to attend law school, combine it with her MSW degree, and practice social justice and human rights law. One day, she’d LOVE to seek public office to give voice to her community (I just may be interviewing a future President of these United States!)
