  • 6: Richie & Jan Swan: Finding The Positives No Matter What Life Throws At You
    May 16 2022
Richie and Jan are mother and son who are both so warm and engaging and also incredibly honest about how the death of Jan’s daughter – and Richie’s sister – Anita impacted their lives and the positive changes it forced them to make.
Both have been on amazing journeys individually; Jan has lost 10 stone in the last 10 years and when Covid hit and the country went into lockdown, Richie wasn’t sure his PT business would survive. What actually happened is that it flourished online and became something he never could have imagined.
This episode is both raw and emotional and absolutely hilarious at the same time. Jan and Richie’s positivity is infectious and if you need something to put a smile on your face, this is the episode for you.
