  • WELCOME TO MY MINI SERIES: TBH

    I named this ongoing mini-series TBH (to be honest) to create space for more free-flowing thoughts, ideas, and rants from yours truly!

    My goal with this series is to share more of who I am on a day-to-day basis and connect more deeply with my online community.

    Being a freelancer or business owner can be a lonely experience. Hoping my thoughts are relatable and humorous and lighten your mood :P

    My first episode is about a profound plant medicine ceremony + sound bath that I went to in Denver, Colorado! It was led by a reiki healer and sound therapist. The entire ceremony was two hours and also included a mushroom mix of Lions Mane, Milkweed, Penis Envy, and Golden Teacher (psilocybin).

    I share about what my "vision" was and how this experience incorporated directly into HELPING my business.
