    Oct 3 2024

Dr. Tom Noble of Nazarene Theological Seminary continues with the last of three lectures on "Holiness and the Holy Trinity," as part of the annual Chamberlain Holiness Lectures at Wesley Biblical Seminary. Entitled “The Sanctifying Spirit,” Dr. Noble unpacks the Old and New Testament images of the Spirit and the work of the Spirit in the life of Jesus, in order to see why the Spirit is the basis both historically and experientially of the sanctification of the individual believer. • The Holy Father: 2024 Chamberlain Holiness Lectures with Tom Noble Lecture 1
    Oct 1 2024

Accomplished scholar and Nazarene theologian Tom Noble presents the first of three lectures on "Holiness and the Holy Trinity," as part of the annual Chamberlain Holiness Lectures at Wesley Biblical Seminary. In this first part, he uses the festivals of Israel to catalog the characteristics of the God revealed in the Old Testament as "father" to Israel, and how those characteristics are fully illuminated and revealed from "within" by Jesus Christ as recorded in the New Testament. Look for the original live stream on our WBS YouTube channel for additional questions and responses given at the event, and stay tuned for the other two lectures in this series coming soon.
