    Matthew Lefthand joins BrainStoke a world record holder after completing his 24 hour record for static cycling. He talks nutrition, training, mental health background and his mental prep for this event and the amazing cause he did it for! He completed his goal and smashed the record riding over 1000 km in 24 hours and achieved 14 records in the process. He's a freak of nature and a good friend, the man who just doesn't stop, Matthew Lefthand.

With a pension for flips and wheelies, his mountain bike riding has helped him inspire others going through hardships. Carter talks about the bullying in school and online he receives and how it doesn't stop him from inspiring individuals like him! He speaks on his awesome mom and dad and their example, teaching him to rally when the chips are down because someone needs to hear his words.
