    Sep 3 2023

Welcome to today's important episode covering the topic of high sensitivity. Sometimes the world around us is just a bit much. Loud sounds, bright lights, violent movies. I have begun my own journey into understanding more about my sensitivities and changing my thinking to understand this infact is my superpower. Knowledge is power and today I wanted to open the discussion of being a highly sensitive person who feels everything deeply and what that looks like & tips for managing this in today's world.

    Book recommendation:
The Highly Sensitive Person by  Elaine Aron.

This episode is based on some of the findings and information provided in this book. If anything from this episode resonates with you, or it may apply to a loved one, I would recommend reading this book to increase your awareness on the topic.
