  • It is Broken Arrow Week! This is the third episode of a three-part series where Dani and Emkay cover the VK, 46K, and 23K at the Broken Arrow event weekend. In this episode, we focus on the 23K race, which kicks off the Valsir Mountain Running Cup and the Golden Trail National Series.
