    In this episode, we interview Kemba and Andrea Williams - owners of Kean Real Estate Group.

    Andrea and Kemba are real estate investors with 25 years plus in the industry. Their company KEAN provides a range of services, including high-quality tenant placement services, education and coaching programs, as well as consultation to clients wanting to optimize their property for profits. They are family (sister in laws), they are mothers (of three children each) and they are passionate about real estate investing for their family and want to teach other families how to build wealth through real estate too.

    In this interview, we chat with Kemba and Andrea about how they got to where they are today, there motivations for investing in real estate, and their upcoming online course for beginner real estate investors.

    Ritu is an advocate of Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention efforts. She has filmed a series of award-winning documentaries to help DV victims and survivors to find their road to recovery and a safe path in life. Ritu is Founder of Lead My Way (a 501 c 3) helping domestic violence survivors with their personal and professional growth.

    Her consulting services include Executive Coaching, Seminars and Workshops, Group Coaching, Team Engagement, Personal Mastery & Assertiveness. Ritu possesses excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and leadership development skills.

Her passion in real estate began as an investor. She has been in the real estate and property management business for six years. Although she got started as a real estate investor, she quickly found her passion for helping other investors find deals in Southern Ontario.

    Joseline studied Business and Economics at McMaster University and thereafter, completed a master’s degree in Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Before she started her real estate career, she worked in the public sector as an Economist. She enjoys using her investment experience, her education as well her passion and love for serving people to help investors make the best-informed real estate decisions.

    Joseline's goal is to make sure that her clients are happy with the results she delivers; that she becomes the real estate agent of choice; and the agent investors recommend to people they care about.

    In this interview, we chat with Joseline about moving to Canada at the age of 17 on her own from a refugee camp, finding mentors at different stages of life, being careful with who you take advice from, and successfully sponsoring her entire family to come and join her in Canada!
