    The inexperienced nurse coach will immediately want to solve the time management problem. There is nothing wrong with this, it is certainly helpful to have great time management skills, but this episode will explore:

    How to assess for priority

    Time Audit - NLCA

    In this tool you pick 72 hours that are your most regular schedule and commit to writing down what you do in 15 minute increments. Fill the time you wake up until the time you go to bed.

    First we have the client fill out what they want to get from the exercise. This time audit will show them exactly how they spend their time and the reflection of this creates actual data to find a solution.
