Laurie Arrowsmith is a mindful holistic counsellor who started the Mindful Institute so that similar minded people could experience the life-changing power of meditation and holistic health. Laurie lived with depression and anxiety for most of her 30s and frequented the offices of different psychologists, psychiatrists, and traditional counsellors, with little to no effect on her ill-mental health.
