Mary Ann's Passion Journey

• Mary Ann focused on a corporate career in her twenties, traveling the world doing change management work. However, she felt empty and disconnected. Leading her to workshops on meditation and finding purpose, reigniting her true self as a healer.
• Mary Ann studied with shamans and reopened her intuitive abilities quickly. Developed the idea for Tollerra as an easier system than shamanism.

Getting Unstuck from Fear and Limiting Beliefs

• Being stuck comes from fear or limiting beliefs blocking our desires. Write down the belief and flip it to empower yourself. Visualize the positive version of the belief as a mantra to pull you past stuck points.

Building Trust and Staying Connected

• Mary Ann’s greatest gift was trusting and allowing her spiritual guides to lead and share through her. Set intentions rather than attachment to an outcome.
• Do daily energy work to stay connected to guidance and course correct. We all have access to it.
