    In this episode, Kaylie chats with Debbie Bennett, Nutrition and Health Education Specialist for MU Extension, about the coconut water health trend. We wanted to know if there were any health benefits to drinking coconut water versus regular water. Tune in to find out!

    Fact Check:

    • a medium banana has 422 mg of potassium and a 16.9 oz container of coconut water has 979 mg of potassium
    • brown coconuts (or mature coconuts) do have some water inside
    • the price of coconut water varies
