Dr. Zen Johnson has a special guest by the name of Dr. Jacqueline Sherman (aka Dr. Jac) a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Intimacy and Relationship Coach, and the creator of Sexfirmation Cards. She helps women and couples have better sex and relationships. This episode will focus on sexual scripts, which are beliefs that we have around sex that may or may not benefit us.

    Dr. Jac is passionate about helping women overcome perfectionism, body image issues, and judgmental thoughts that distract from passion and pleasure. Her specialty is working with couples who have experienced pregnancy loss and/or fertility challenges. She coaches from a sex-positive perspective that integrates the mind and the heart.
