    Amanda and Harry were just meant to do this. Together they are creating a transformative business which includes the sauna, the cold and breath work. Hearing Amanda discuss how they turned their idea into a business driven by an overriding mission to build up each other and build up other people is amazing. Then Boom, they landed in the sauna, the hot sauna and the zero-degree cold tub. We go into detail around the program and the mental and physical benefits of the hot and cold. The inward breath work platform is great for people who struggle with meditation. Breath is force. The idea came about organically, grew out of covid, and is now a large and growing membership platform with weekly, quarterly and yearly options. Humans are stressed. Life runs at an incredibly fast pace and the idea of calming the mind and settling down can be hard for many. I couldn't agree more with what Harry had to say, ‘We're not living in our bodies, were just living way too much in our head’. The themes that run throughout are so potent. The sense of community and science, meets spirituality, connecting with nature, swearing in ceremony. This episode really resonated with me and I really think you're on to something. Roslyn is the co-founder of a rapidly growing sports media brand ‘The GIST’ creating sports content for women by women and empowering underserved sports fans. Everyone wants to be a part of the watercooler chat, for many women, sports can feel like a boys club, exclusionary and intimidating, generally male dominated. Here are a couple stats. Less than 14 percent of sports journalists are female. Less than four percent of sports media coverage is on female athletes, and less than two percent of C Suite executives in major sports leagues are women.
