Just check out the CDC website when it comes to poor nutrition statistics. According to reports, in the United States, 20% of young people aged 2 to 19 years and 42% of adults struggle with obesity and nearly $173-billion dollars is spent each year on health care specifically to tackle obesity issues. We wanted to look at specific nutritional changes we could make to live better including the importance of quality of food and nutrient timing. Our wellness coach, Amy Llinas, talked in depth about those topics and more.
