  • Divorce and the journey to healing.

    What we discuss in this episode may be triggering for some listeners so please be advised. Judy was married to her high school sweetheart for many years. Her life was not easy and she endured many ups and downs, had four beautiful children whom she is so very proud of, but when her marriage ended in divorce she embarked on the journey of what one would call loss and grief. She shares her experience of love, separation, and ultimately divorce with us and how that leads to a life of learning, growing, and healing.
