Hola. The Androgynous King has arrived.

Don’t call me “them.” Call me by my name. The One. I’m not here to blend in or soothe you. I’m here to take you on a path most people avoid because it requires honesty, accountability, and the willingness to look at the parts of yourself you keep duct taped behind a smile.

This is the moment where you choose. You either face your lower vibrating self or you deal with the outcomes of letting that version of you run the show. Your shadow has many faces. Nightmares. Patterns. Self-sabotage dressed up as personality. You don’t get to keep running from it. Humanity is overdue for evolution, and denial isn’t an option anymore.

So while you listen, look in the mirror. Ask yourself if you actually love the person staring back. Ask if that’s who you really are or just who you learned to be to survive. We’ll get back to you later. First, let’s talk about you in relation to everyone else, while I talk about me.

The world is shifting whether people are ready or not. Those who are awake or waking up are struggling to navigate reality from a new vantage point. That confusion often shows up as anxiety, depression, and an existential what the fuck. This podcast isn’t just for people barely holding it together. It’s for anyone trying to understand a preordained reality that was never meant to be small or comfortable.

We’re going to talk about the things people avoid. Mental health. Spirituality. Religion. Society. Power. Trauma. Daily life. The messy intersections that bind us together as one human race whether we like it or not. Then we’re going to use those lessons to heal. Individually first. Collectively second. Fair warning though. This is not a wholesome self-help show. You’re going to learn how to tell your problems to go fuck themselves from a place of real love, not spiritual bypassing.

Most unresolved trauma starts in childhood and stacks itself through life until it erodes your energy and your mind. Then people are handed prescriptions to numb symptoms instead of tools to face the damage. Band-Aids for bullet wounds. That’s not healing. That’s avoidance with a copay. Avoiding or fearing facing the thing that controls you. The thing that inhibits your evolution. The thing that, ultimately, keeps you from being you. The thing you've given your power to.

We heal by finding our pain points and walking straight into them. That rebuilds strength. That fortifies your foundation. That prepares you for battle with the relentless whore we call life. That bitch and I have history. Many rounds. But by living the teachings of Jesus, not the institution, not the dogma, but the actual ideology, I put her ass on a leash. Now we sit on cosmic beaches planning how to help humanity together. You can do the same for your own God given purpose.

Nothing gets to control you except the omnipotent and omniscient Creators. Ever. Reins are my gift to humanity.

Life is about the journey and crossing the finish line, but there’s work required along the way. You don’t just show up to a marathon and start running. You fuel your body beforehand. You stretch. You hydrate. You prepare. Yet most people stay busy doing absolutely nothing of value - like unlimited doom scrolling social media - mistaking motion for progress while drifting further from their actual path.

When I talk about operating optimally, I mean that you aren't vibrating at your highest energetic, mental, or physical capacity when you’re stuck on a low plateau. Your balance is off. Your energy is clogged. The body and mind are compensating instead of thriving. Plateaus are lazy. There's always room for spiritual and personal expansion, and stagnation is a choice whether you admit it or not.

On a team, the only time you focus on yourself is when you’re sharpening who you are so the team benefits from it. Growth is individual work in service of the collective. Every lineman perfects their role so the quarterback can function. The quarterback builds connection and timing so the team can advance. If one person slacks on communication, discipline, or strength, the whole system suffers. Individual mastery and collective success are inseparable. That’s not philosophy. It’s reality.

A team is only as strong as its members. Use your team. Let them use you. Build something that actually matters. That’s how you create a group that contributes to humanity instead of draining it. Together, if you have one. If you don't, you'll get plenty of time to practice being your own cheerleader. You should always be your first beacon.

It's not selfish to let someone support you. Sometimes that's their role. Reciprocity isn’t transactional. It’s functional. On the receiving end, allowing support helps you become who you need to be to impact the world. On the giving end, you give someone the opportunity to grow into their purpose by helping you. Everyone wins.

Refusing support because you think it makes you noble is backwards and self-serving. You deprive yourself, the resource, and the collective of growth. The exact opposite of nobility. You aren't being generous. You're blocking flow. You give by receiving and you receive by giving. That reciprocity and balance matters. Learn it. Practice it. Live it.

And don’t forget to be a resource for someone else so they can become a resource for another. That’s how this is supposed to work. Instead, too many people just take, take, take, and call it survival.

Check out my book after you listen and don’t be late for practice. Every day is 'Being Authentic' day.

Quick housekeeping before we dive in: this episode was recorded in an office where I couldn’t project like I wanted. Chapter two is a little distorted, chapters one and three are crystal clear, and yes—you can probably hear my nose hairs flapping. This was recorded long before I planned to be a podcaster or audio editor. Editing audio is a soul-sucking succubus, so appreciate the content. Transcripts are available because I actually give a damn.

    Now the real work...

Emotions aren’t abstract concepts. They’re chemical events with physical consequences. Your moods hit your body at a molecular level. People who internalize everything, live in chronic stress, or marinate in heavy emotional states have higher rates of illness—everything from migraines to autoimmune issues to cancer. On the flip side, people who maintain lighter emotional baselines tend to experience fewer health problems overall. That’s not woo woo. That’s biology.

If you’ve got hereditary risks or predispositions, emotional regulation matters even more. Certain emotional states release chemicals that literally inhibit the growth of malignant cells. Every system in your body is listening to your emotional environment. Every. Single. One.

Your brain may be the control center, but healing is not one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may wreck another. Doctors, therapists, medications—none of them are universal solutions. That’s why you cannot outsource your mental health and expect miracles. Why should anyone be responsible for fixing your shit while you refuse to participate in your own process?

Looking at yourself is uncomfortable. Too bad. Letting someone else’s biased lens steer your soul is worse. No external authority can do your internal healing for you. Accountability for your evolution is non-transferable. Closure, forgiveness, integration, and strength are inside jobs. Always were.

If you’re on meds that aren’t helping, talk to your doctor. Adjust. Taper. Rebalance. Explore CBT or other therapeutic work instead of blindly stacking prescriptions. If your doctor refuses to work with you toward balance, find another one. You’re not married to the first white coat you meet. Yes, good providers are hard to find. That’s also why so many people stay trapped in downward spirals they mistake for inevitability.

Fear is not some ancient monster stalking you. It’s a manufactured construct. It only exists because you refuse to look at what’s hiding behind the door. You don’t fear what you’ve already faced. You fear avoidance. And if you keep hiding parts of yourself, eventually the mask becomes the face. Ask yourself honestly—will you be happy with that version?

This episode is a reminder to love yourself enough to stop running from yourself.

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” 1 John 4:18 KJV

We have a habit of sabotaging ourselves and then building paralyzing blockades to growth that we politely call fears. Some of them are abstract. Some are absurd. Some are so normalized we stop questioning them. Take Mondays. Not the casual groan, but the full-blown anxiety spiral people get as Sunday night creeps in. There’s even a name for it: lunaediesophobia. Fear dressed up as routine.

Anything that triggers unresolved trauma or sustained misery becomes a fear factory. We don’t fear the day itself. We fear the sensations tied to it. The dread. The powerlessness. The reminder that we’ve tolerated something that drains us. So we panic in advance instead of addressing the source.

Here’s the part people don’t want to hear. You have control over every situation you choose not to control. You may not be able to change your coworkers. You may not be able to quit your job tomorrow. But you can change how you engage, how you respond, and how quickly you move toward something better. When you do that work, the fear fades. And you’ll realize how much energy you wasted panicking instead of repositioning.

Every challenge shows up to redirect you. Not punish you. Fear is a signal, not a sentence. But you have to choose a perspective that supports growth instead of feeding despair. That choice is where most people fail.

I talk about faith because this is where hypocrisy really shines. Too many people claim they’re deeply faithful while being terrified of everything. If you truly believe in Source, Creator, God—whatever name you use—then remember this: when it’s your time, it’s your time. That’s the one thing you cannot negotiate or outmaneuver. So why the hell are you shrinking your life around imaginary threats?

Fake faith sounds like this: “I trust God, but…” The moment you add the but, you’ve told the truth. You don’t trust. You hedge. You bargain. You stall. Then you have the audacity to pray and ask why nothing’s working while offering counterfeit love and conditional belief. You’re lying to God and you’re lying to yourself.

If you loved yourself unconditionally, fear wouldn’t run the show. Anxiety wouldn’t get to dictate your decisions. Fear exists to sharpen you, not cage you. It’s meant to push you forward, not decay you in place.

So stop pretending. Stop fake loving yourself. Stop fake believing. If everything keeps falling apart, this is why. Love Source the way you claim to. Love yourself the same way. Love others as much. Not just when it’s comfortable. Especially when it’s not.

Fear is an ouroboros. It feeds on itself. Until you break the loop.

  • Criticism vs. Critique: Giving Yourself the Finger
    Oct 2 2022

I knew early what my path was, but the years after were spent figuring out how to live it and which roads were worth taking. That meant dealing with dirty, selfish people, psychological suffering, and dying and healing over and over again. Resurrection after resurrection. All of it was required for my soul’s purpose, which is service to others. Surprise of all surprises, I actually hate talking about myself, which is wild for a Leo. I do it to show this is reachable. This isn’t some untouchable state reserved for the chosen few. Anyone can get here if they’re willing to do the work.

Nothing you go through is meant to stop you from finding your purpose. It’s meant to strip you. The problem is the work required asks you to face the demons you’ve hidden, coddled, and made excuses for. So let those bitches out. Face them. Embrace them. Then send them back to hell and weld the damn portal shut. That’s how you become your best self and live at your highest potential. When I speak from personal experience, it’s because I practice what I preach. Society demands credentials and backstories, so here they are, even though we all hate the performative bullshit of it.

Perfecting yourself for your calling isn’t a sin or taboo. It’s mandatory. We’ve been conditioned to settle, not rock the boat, and not want more for ourselves because it makes mediocre people uncomfortable. And the even smaller ones at the top, tremble. But if we want to find our passions and actually follow them, we must become better versions of ourselves. Passion always leads you back to you so you can serve your community and humanity at large.

Here’s where people choke. Shitty people aren’t good guides. They aren’t reliable examples of altruism, and they sure as hell aren’t neutral. Low vibe energy affects everyone around it. The saddest lie people tell themselves is that their habits, thoughts, and energy only affect them. That lie is a huge reason the world is such a mess. Low vibe people siphon energy from higher vibe people, often unintentionally. It happens most through love. That tether stays live, and it can be used to drain light or spread heaviness.

Negative energy can’t create large scale light. Period. If you’ve got a stock four cylinder, you’re not outrunning a biturbo twelve. Physics applies spiritually, too. If you want to bring light, you have to be made of it. Clean the dead ass roses off your lenses. Stop mistaking dysfunction for beauty. Let your light shine without apology. You won’t attract high vibrating energy while you’re swimming in low vibe sludge or circling with shit flies.

Shituations are exactly what they sound like. Flush them and don’t reach back into the bowl. The fact that people actually invite the shit back into their lives is telling.

  • Do Your Damn Job (Pt.1)
    Oct 4 2022

    Connect With E Here!

Forgive my voice in this episode. It was a long day of calling people out and recording multiple episodes about the dumb shit humans insist on repeating. Exhaustion does not dull truth. It strips the politeness off it.

Second Timothy chapter two already explained what most people pretend not to hear. Resurrection is not a magic trick and it is not about a distant afterlife. It is symbolic of evolution. Jesus shed an old life and stepped fully into alignment with God, which is not outside of you. It is within you. The I AM. Straight like that.

He was mocked, ridiculed, and punished because people hate what they cannot control. And still he stayed in his light. Translation for anyone still playing dumb: he did not water himself down to make insecure people comfortable. Resurrection means killing the zombie life most of you drag around every day and stepping into your actual assignment.

You are not here to drift. You are here to work. You do your job here so you can exist in your highest form when the work is finished. Your soul is tethered to something bigger that is constantly trying to guide you forward. The problem is not guidance. It is ego hijacking the wheel and driving you straight into distraction, resentment, and self sabotage.

Everyone has a job. So get your ass up. Stop hitting snooze. And go do it.

If you hate waking up, that's not random. Anxiety. Depression. A wrecked circadian rhythm. Or the slow rage of selling your life and soul to make someone else rich while you rot. Most people keep smashing snooze because they are avoiding a life they know is out of alignment.

Build a life you do not need to escape from. That is not a suggestion. That is the assignment.

Passion is not hidden. It's ignored. Your attention is trained on numbing bullshit instead of what actually calls you. You know every detail of your flaws and act blind to your strengths. Switch the focus and everything shifts fast. Stop being a trash magnet and then acting surprised when your life smells like it.

If suffering is your kink, keep at it. Some people are committed to pain because it's familiar. If you're not, then step out of comfort and become unfamiliar to yourself. Stop living for everyone else before you have built anything solid inside yourself.

Most people are walking through life half dead. Look at yourself like a stranger and ask who you are. If your answer is a role you play for someone else, start over. You are not your job. You are not your family title. You are not your usefulness. Purpose is often hiding in what you dismissed.

When you meet your real self, not the edited version, the endless suffering loses its grip. Love humanity enough to stop being afraid of who you are when you are no longer hiding. Love yourself more to want to be this person.

There is no fear in love. Fear torments. And torment is what happens when you refuse to become what you already are.

This episode applies to everything people love to argue about while pretending it doesn’t affect them. Abortion rights. Bigotry. Love. Power. Control. All of it. The common thread is fear masquerading as conviction. When people beat the odds and live fully in a world fueled by hatred, they aren’t just surviving. They’re proof. Proof that you’re not alone. Proof that ascension out of antiquated thinking is possible. Proof that love can exist without permission from outdated systems and small minds. Soaring above the madness isn’t some lofty ideal. It’s required if humanity plans to evolve versus cannibalize itself.

The ugly truth is some people spend their lives trying to knock blocks out from under other people’s basic needs. Food. Shelter. Safety. Autonomy. The very foundation Maslow laid out as universal human requirements. All to satisfy their own bigotry and obsession with control. If you think you get to dictate how someone else lives, then pony up the coins, bitch. Because control comes with responsibility, and most of you don’t want that smoke.

People are just trying to live. Someone else’s existence isn't your threat. Someone else’s body, love, identity, or choices aren't part of your personal equation unless you’re directly helping them rise. Anything else is interference masquerading as morality. Ask yourself this honestly. Do you fear what you don’t understand? Just because you don’t believe something, haven’t experienced it, or refuse to learn about it doesn’t erase its reality or value, especially to someone else. And if your rejection comes from religion, ask deeper questions. Is it belief or fear hiding behind belief? Because this hatred never comes from love, no matter how many verses you quote.

Every belief system worth a damn teaches love. You can’t claim love while practicing exclusion. That math ain’t mathing. Hatred isn’t conviction. It’s cowardice. For the Christians who love a condemnation rodeo, ask yourself what would Jesus actually do? Would he deny people love? Strip rights? Kill people in droves because they didn’t look, love, or live the same way? If you’re honest, you already know.

    Here’s the verse people skipping:

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” 1 John 4:18 KJV

Your blinders don’t protect you. They limit you. They stop other people from living freely and you from growing at all. It’s no one’s right to piss on someone else’s God-given path. Being judgmental, bigoted, or deliberately unhelpful toward people you don’t know does nothing but rot you from the inside. What others do has nothing to do with you. Your misery isn’t caused by their freedom. It’s caused by your refusal to examine your own inner desolation. No one’s stealing your privilege like this is a playground game. Everyone just wants to be treated like human beings.

Women already navigate a world thick with chauvinism. People of color live inside systems built on exclusion and erasure. And some of you still feel entitled to decide what happens to bodies and lives that aren’t yours. Unless you’re explicitly called to help someone rise and your actions elevate you too, leave peopl

Love isn’t an abstract concept or a spiritual bumper sticker. It’s action. It’s consequence. When you hide behind policy, profit, or doctrine to avoid doing the humane thing, don’t call it love.

If you’re the doctor who sends a sick patient home because they can’t pay, you didn’t just follow protocol. You made a choice. You found every technicality you could to justify it. That patient goes home and dies, and you sleep at night pretending your hands are clean. They aren’t. You knowingly participated in harm. Do you feel good about that when the day ends? Do you ever think about the people left behind or does your concern stop the moment they’re out of sight? Love doesn’t outsource responsibility.

No, love shouldn’t have a price tag but let’s not pretend humans don’t exchange money for pleasure, intimacy, or relief all the time. That’s not the issue. The issue is hypocrisy. Don’t preach morality while practicing cruelty. And definitely don’t act shocked when consequences show up uninvited.

I bring up the Bible because people love to weaponize it. Homosexuality isn't as explicitly condemned as the loudest voices want you to believe. Yes, there are passages that reference marriage in male and female terms. And yes, Romans and Leviticus talk about immoral sexual behavior being an abomination. But those interpretations are soaked in agenda and historical context that gets conveniently ignored.

Paul’s letters to the Romans weren’t written in a vacuum. He had ambition. He wanted influence. Rome was consolidating power under its version of Christianity and anyone who didn’t comply was labeled immoral, disposable, or worse. Jews were targeted. People were killed. And now we’re supposed to accept this as untouched divine instruction instead of a human attempting to control the narrative and secure a seat at the table.

Have we seriously learned nothing in the last 400 years. How many times do small-minded people decide what other humans should be, then demand gratitude for the violence used to enforce it? And let’s not ignore the Catholic Church’s long and well documented history of covering up sexual abuse while pretending to hold moral authority. Somehow that gets swept under the rug while consensual love gets condemned. Make this dumb shit make sense.

Don't base your life on what some rando' human wants God to want. Especially when that interpretation requires control, fear, and bloodshed. We're free people. Honor what comes directly from God. Be suspicious of anything filtered through mass manipulation. That tactic didn’t die with history. It’s alive and thriving.

God doesn't condemn people for acting in love. Full stop. No matter how badly others want to police how that love looks. Loving others despite difference is central and God didn’t appoint anyone to enforce belief through violence. If judgment happens, it happens between God and the individual soul. That’s none of your damn business, hoe.

In the last few years, almost everyone has lost someone they loved. Grief exists because love existed first. You can’t separate the two. You don’t grieve what you didn’t love. And loving deeply guarantees grief at some point. That doesn’t mean love ends or changes form into som
