    I’m your host Sally Dibden. I'm a Health, Life & Performance coach, Physiotherapist, Yoga and Pilates Teacher as well as Mum, Wife and lover of most things outdoors and active.

     

    I’ve spent over 2.5 decades working with a wide range of patients, clients & students, from high flying leaders in global organisations & the military, to elite athletes, exhausted professionals and entrepreneurs, as well as severely injured and sick patients.

     

    I’ve helped them better understand and transform both body and mind, rediscover or up-level their strength and resilience, and heal within.

     

    I’ll be not only sharing my wisdoms, but inviting guests along for high vibe conversations, because there’s so much power and inspiration to be gained from hearing other’s stories and knowledge.
