  • How To Listen To This Show
    Dec 5 2023

The whole reason we created this podcast is to figure out what your body is trying to tell you.

Now what does that even mean?

Well, those annoying headaches, the sudden aches and pains, those... weird bowel movements, or even those days when you're just flat-out exhausted or irrationally irritated. Yep, all those are fun ways your body is saying, Hey, pay attention to me!

Our episodes are short, sweet and to the point. Each one focuses on one specific symptom or body signal. We'll bring in experts, share stories, and give you the context on what your body is really trying to tell you.

It's like being an archaeologist deciphering what the Mayans were saying… but instead of ancient hieroglyphics, we're using dietitians to translate your own body's signals and warning signs.

You don't have to sift through a hundred episodes to find what you're looking for. Just pick the one that resonates with your current body mystery, and let's get to solving it together.
