I walk you through what dysregulation really feels like in the body, so you can recognize it in real time… and stop making it mean something about your worth.     In this episode, I’m breaking down what identity actually is — and why it stops so many of us from rising into the next level of our lives. Most people think they’re stuck because they're unmotivated, undisciplined, or “not ready yet.” But the truth is simpler: Your brain is wired for external safety… but transformation requires internal safety. Your current identity was built to protect you. It knows how to survive, stay hidden, avoid threat, and operate from old patterns. So when you reach for more — more success, more visibility, more money, more confidence — your brain creates disconnection. Not because you’re broken, but because it’s trying to keep you safe in the only ways it knows how. And that’s exactly where this new work was born. Over the past seven days, the names for each stage of my method revealed themselves. I watched myself move through situations that would’ve shut me down in the past… and instead, I moved through them with clarity and speed.
