  • Slowing down
    Feb 5 2026

Slowing down allows us to catch thoughts we might otherwise miss, both positive and negative. This awareness of our thoughts and the freedom we have to choose which to act on and which to let go is the essence of true freedom. The life we create is the product of thoughts we act on. We all have a great many thoughts we don't recognize as thoughts. We mistakenly take them for facts which may by pass the evaluation and decision parts of our mind. Upon reflection we know some of the thoughts in our mind are accurate and some are not; some thoughts enhance our life by acting on them and some degrade our life by acting on them.

I offer thought coaching to help people become more aware of their thoughts and the choice they have to choose to believe and/or act on those thoughts. This is true freedom. You can schedule a free introductory session by contacting me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com

  • Perspectives and energy levels
    Feb 2 2026
Summary Shifting Perspectives for Higher Vibrations

Scott discusses the concept of shifting perspectives to achieve higher vibrational states. He explains that recognizing and accepting the current perspective can lead to moving to a higher one. Scott starts by describing the lowest perspective, where one feels dependent on others for survival but lacks control, which he finds terrifying. He aims to move beyond this perspective.

    Perspectives on Deepening Connections

Scott discussed two perspectives on engaging with people. The first is creating resonance and having uplifting conversations. The second is seeing others as projections of himself, which helps him relate to people and feel more connected. This higher-level perspective allows him to understand common interests and concerns with others, fostering deeper connections.

    Path to Consciousness and Peace

Scott discussed his journey towards a higher level of consciousness, where he accepts his power to create his reality by choosing uplifting thoughts. He described the next perspective as being present, which brings peace and an end to suffering. Scott shared that he often returns to the present moment by focusing on his breath or observing his thoughts when he feels suffering.

State of Complete Peace and Well-being

Scott discussed the highest level of vibration, describing it as a state of complete peace and well-being where there is nothing to do, have, or create. He emphasized the sense of wholeness and contentment that comes from being fully present and at peace, without any sense of lack or need.

    Perspective Shifts and Mindful Awareness

Scott discussed his personal journey of shifting perspectives, highlighting how awareness of different viewpoints can elevate his mindset. He shared that recognizing his interdependence on others for survival and well-being can sometimes make him feel out of control, but being present in the moment brings a sense of relief and clarity. Scott emphasized the importance of understanding how thoughts shape reality, which helps him manage suffering and maintain a sense of peace.

  • Choosing uplifting activities
    Jan 31 2026

If we reflect on our previous day we can become aware of which of our activities were uplifting. With that awareness, we can choose to engage in more uplifting activities in the future. While this seems obvious, putting this into practice improves our life.

One of the recent behaviors that I've found uplifting is taking the initiative in my communications to share that the only power that satisfies is power over ourself, and that blaming others for our problems, never solves them. We've created all our problems and have the power to solve them as well. On great method of gaining power over ourself and solving our problems is to be aware of our thoughts and the power we have to choose which thoughts we act on. This is true power.

I offer coaching to help become more aware of our thinking and the choices we have. To set up a free introductory coaching session, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com

  • Courage of persistence
    Jan 29 2026

We persist in areas that are important to us. Sometimes it takes persistence over a long period of time to achieve our objective. It took me over 20 years before I would allow myself to write my first book.

There is a block to realizing more of my potential that I've been consciously aware of for decades. I keep chipping away at that block by allowing myself to be increasingly spontaneous in the present moment. Nevertheless, there is a contribution to the world I feel compelled to make that in my estimation, I'm holding back. I am having the thouht that I need to make more progress in healing this impediment in order to keep moving forward with my life. I am doing my best to accept where I'm at right now as I know that is the most effecient and effective way forward.

As I assess where I am now, I hear a number of negative thoughts in my mind. They include, it's not safe to be you, you're lying to yourself about the value you think you have to contribute to the world, you don't deserve to thrive at the highest level, and you haven't healed this block after years of trying, what makes you think you can do it now. The more I accept the exisence of these and other negative thoughts, the moe space it makes for positive thoughts such as, I really do believe I and everyone else has the potential to realize their inspiration. I know their is great value in sharing win win solutions are an effective way to experience being ONE. I know advancing that understanding and behavior will dramatically improve life on Earth.

It takes courage to accept the negative thinking that has held me back. Accepting the negative thoughts and choosing to proceed anyway is an act of courage and belief in myself. I do believe in myself and the value I have to offer. The outer world will tell me how congruent I am in that belief by its reflection back to me. So far, the world is telling me that I have partial belief in myself and my value, with more available for me to accept.

I offer thought coaching if you're inspired to work with me in becoming more conscious of your thoughts and the freedom you have to select which thoughts you believe are true and which thoughts you choose to act on.
