  • Trusting myself
    Feb 20 2026

I am so much happier trusting myself and the inspiration I receive in meditation than I am trying to make what I perceive as conventional wisdom work for me. I still vividly remember how angry and disappointed I was when my first marriage failed. I was angry because I thought I'd be happy having a good secure job, a good education and degree from a prestigous university, being faithful to my wife and living by the rules of society. I was miserable.

Trusting in the uplifting thoughts I receive in meditation has worked better for me than anything else I've ever tried. I'm sticking with it until something better comes along. I believe all that is good in my life, and there's alot, is the result of my meditation and willingness to accept and align with the truth as much as I can.

The next level of trust I feel I'm ready to accept is changing the thought that I need stress and pressure to motivate me to grow spiritually and make the most out of my life. I choose to let that thought go and replace it with the thought I am and always have been whole, complete and in posession of everything of value including love, joy, wisdom, health, energy, peace, compassion and all the other positive qualities that I've labeled as "devine qualities".

I know can change my thinking because I've done it successfully in the past. I prefer to think that I am increasingly aware and accepting of the fact that I am the world and have already created everything that could ever exist, including love, joy, peace, energy and all my other devine qualities.

    I trust what I know.

  • Digging deeper
    Feb 19 2026

Healthy people are lifelong learners. To me, learning means being ever more accepting and aligning with what is true. This has led me to change my thinking over time. I now believe my true essence is being an inseparable part of GOD. I undersand GOD to be the sum total of all that exists.

Recently, I've been inspired to repeat a mantra as a means of facilitating smoother more efficent growth. The mantra I received in meditation was, I am the world. This has me thinking more about how all I perceive could be understood to be part of me. For sure, this is a different way of thinking for me. I find when I repeat the mantra I am more anchored in the present moment, more conscious of the thoughts fighting for attention in my mind and a deeper peace; all good and valuable things in my eyes.

I love challenging my thinking. The more I think about the idea that "I am the world" the more intriguing I find it.

If you're so inspired, meditatie on what thought you would most benefit from repeating over and over in your mind. Try it out and see if it works for you.

  • Physical world alignment
    Feb 17 2026

To avoid creating stress mind body and spirit must be in alignment. Our spirit, our true essence, cannot change. Therefore, to be in alignment we must change our thinking and behavior to match our essence, our devine spirit.

There are many thoughts we have that are not in alignment with our spirit and are thererfore causeing stress and inhibiting our experience of the true magnifencence we are. One thought I'm working on healing now is the idea that time exists outside of myself. It doesn't . Time only exists to the extent I create it in my mind. That's why being present is so attractive. It is truth we can align with and end suffering with. The way to heal the habit of creating time in my mind is to be conscious of when I'm doing that and refocus on the present moment.

Our minds are immensly powerful. True freedom is gaining mastery over our mind. I can help with that with the thought coaching I offer. If you're interested in a free introductory session, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com to set it up.

  • Strategies for dealing with blocks
    Feb 16 2026

    Acceptance is healing.

I accept that I have resistance to taking greater ownership and employing more of my potential. I accept that part of me does not believe doing so is safe. I accept another part of me knows denying my potential is the cause of my problems.

I accept the risk of being ostracized by taking ownership of my abliity to share advance win win thinking to the point of being the dominant thinking in the world. The risk of not taking that ownership is greater and more likely to happen.

The more I accept my block, the more I find myself determined to work through it.

I offer thought coaching. If you think it would be beneficial to work with me in becoming more aware of your thinking and your power to choose which thoughts to act on, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com to set up a free introductory session.

  • The power of our mind
    Feb 14 2026

We create with our mind. The more we understand how to consciosly direct our mind with our will, the more we create the world we consciously choose to have.

I asked in meditation, how best to gain greater mastery and control of my mind. The inspiriation I received was to be conscious of choices I have at my disposal now in how I use my mind. I can characterize my perceptions as a tree, as atoms and molecules. as nature expressing itself or any number of other ways. This is helping me build my skill to be aware and choose how I want to characterize my direct perceptions. That's a huge step forward in gaining mastery over my mind and what and how I use it to create.

I offer thought coaching to assist in the mastery of our mind. For a free introductory session, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com to set it up.

  • The benefits of having a mantra
    Feb 11 2026

A mantra is a thought we choose to repeat over and over in our mind. As I repeat my mantra I become more aware of other thoughts arising in my mind. In my case, some of those thoughts I realize have been in my mind for a long time, undetected. Now with the help of the mantra I can choose to act on those thoughts or not. Before, without being detected, I unconsciously acted on those thoughts without the benefit of choosing if I thought acting on those thoughts would be beneficial for me.

In addition, repeating the mantra has me more focused on the perspectives I choose to be engaged with; uplifting perspectives.

I offer thought coaching. If that is something you think would benefit you, contact me at scottfriedmabn40@gmail.com for a free introductory session.

  • Being our self
    Feb 9 2026

The more we accept and allow ourself the freedom to express who we really are, the better everything in our life grows.

While we are not the roles we play in life, we are the being playing those roles. I am choosing to play the roles of husband, friend, writer, speaker, spiritual leader, mortgage broker. These roles give me the opportunity to accept, employ and in some cases change my self image. For example, in playing these roles, I have the opportunity to show and more fully accept my traits of honesty, resourcefulness, kindness, wisdom, acceptance, kindness, love, compassion, flexibility, humility, patience, commitment, determination, and others.

At this time strengthening my self image of someone being committed and resourceful is very helpful as I find challenges in some areas of my life. I accept that I've created the challenges in my life to help me grow in my self acceptance, to access more of who I am in rising to the challenges.

I offer thought coaching to create a greater acceptance of your self image and how to consciously improve it. For a free introductory session, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmai.com
