    Internal help is being more conscious and accepting of the thoughts in our mind, and exercising our freedom to choose which thoughts to act on. Anything that advances honest self acceptance is helping ourself.

    The external world reflects back our thoughts. This makes the outer world a great help on uncovering thoughts that might have been previously denied. We are controlled by denied thoughts. Only when a thought is consiously accepted do we have the freedom to decide to act on that thought or not.

    The more we accept our infinite value, the more the outer world reflects acceptance of our infinite value to us and others.

  • Inner acceptance creates outer success

    When we choose to act on thoughts that have the emotions we want tied to them, we create more of that emotion in our life. For me, whenever I'm talking about win win solutions, I'm excited and energized. So, acting on those thoughts creates more energy and excitement in my life.

    Whenever we choose to act on thoughts. that are uplifting, we are lifting ourselves and everyone else up. We have the freedom to choose what thoughts we act on. The thoughts we act on determine what our life will be. Choose wisely.

  • Life purpose

    We know we're living our life purpose when we're vitally alive. Vitally alive includes being inspired. It also includes experiencing deep peace and well being. The more we choose to act on thoughts that include being vitally alive, the more we're on track with our life purpose.

  • Reflecting when things are going well

    It's valuable to take note of the cause of. thngs going well in our life so we can continue to repeat the cause of the benefits we're enjoying.

    At this moment, I'm experiencing consciously the joy of well being. I love having the thought and the feeling that goes with that thought that "everything is all right, always has been, always will be, could never be otherwise". I've had that thought many many times in my life. In every case I've allowed myself to be present and express whatever comes out spontaneously from that state. There is the experience of love, joy, peace, fun, humor, compassion all rolled into one.

    To me, being in this state is the ultimate success. It is part of the experience of being ONE with. all that exists, enlightenment and everything that is good about life.

    The cause is listening to myself; self acceptance. As long as I continue to do that, my experience of well being will grow.

  • Physical Healing

    I find when there is a growing acceptance and alignment with the truth of who I am, the physical component of incorrect thinking lets go. I've healed back pain by more fully accepting my thinking and exercising my freedom to decide which thoughts I believe are true and beneficial to act on and which are not. There is a phytsical release when acceptance heals past hurts and inaccurate thinking. That physical release is accompanied by reduced or eliminated pain.

  • Increasing internal focus

    It's time for me to focus more on internal acceptance. I find I'm catching myself sooner wanting to identify outward actions that I expect will increase my experience of love, joy, peace, security and wel being. When I catch myself, I remind myself that all the peace, security, well being, love and joy that exist are already within me. What I need to do is focus on internal acceptance. In that way I'm in control. Breaking the habit of believing that I'm affected by what I perceive in the ouer world is a challenge. Nevertheless, I'm affected by how I interpret life and how honest and accepting of myself I am, not external events.

  • Why don't I do more of what I know works

    Meditation works for me. I experience more love, joy and peace when I meditate. Hence, the question, why don't I meditate more? The answer I get is I'm afraid of what I might find out, uncover. To me this thought is rediculous because I've always been better off knowing the truth, yet the thought persists.

    Having recorded this podcast I believe I'll be more adept at recognizing the thought "I don't want to meditate more for fear of whay I may uncover?. Once I recognize the thought, I find myself having the thought "that's rediculous" and go back to meditating more.

  • Focus on what matters

    The greater our self mastery, the more we can consciously choose what we focus on. To me, it makes sense to focus on maximizing the engagement with the cause of benefit in my life. That is meditation.

    Outward physical world success has never given me the love joy and peace I've found in meditation. When I consciously choose to act on thoughts that have uplifting emotions tied to them, it creates more of those uplifting emotions and outward success comes as an automatic reflection and effect of that choice.

    Remembering this gives me motivation to focus even more on meditation.
