  • Reconciling being present with time and the physical world
    Mar 17 2026

When our attention is focused in present moment time doesn't exist. Becuse the present moment is the only moment that exists, we are creating time in that moment. Time, like everything else, only exists when we create it with our attention. It is our attention that creates. For all intensive purposes, the world only exists when we create it.

This is important to underestand because it allows us to claim more of our power. Our mind is so powerful that it creates all that exists in the present moment. The more aware we are of the thoughts in our mind and our capacity to choose which thoughts to believe and act on, the greater mastery we gain over our infinitely powerful mind.

I offer thought coaching. In the coaching you grow your awareness of your thoughts and the power you have to choose which thoughts to believe and act on. This is true freedom. To set up a free initial thought coaching session, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com.

  • Understanding our mantra
    Mar 16 2026

We create with our mind. A mantra is a thouht we choose to repeat over and over in our mind so we will be creating what we want.

When I received inspiration in meditation that I would benefit from having the mantra, "I am the world", I didn't quite understand why that was the optimal mantra for me. That's why I recorded this podcast, to gain a deeper understanding of my mantra.

That mantra is consistent with the highest thoughs I've had. Those thoughts include "we are ONE", "we all create our own world with our thoughts" and "when we heal ourself, we heal the world". It makes sense that the optimal mantra for me, or anyone for that matter, is the thought that is most uplifting.

I encourage you to meditate on if a mantra would be beneficial for you and what that mantra should be.

  • Employing acceptance as a means of moving forward
    Mar 15 2026

One of my favorite tools is acceptance. Consistently, every time I've worked to articulate where I'm at in as much detail as possible, I find myself having insights and moving forward as a result.

Today, I find myself frustrated that the same negative thoughts that have been with me for years are still with me. This is despite my longstading efforts to heal those inaccurate negative thoughts through acceptance. What has changed is I'm more aware of those negative thoughts and more efficient in acknowledging their existence and refocusing on accurate positive thoughts.

As I articulate my circumstance, I find myself encouraged and increasingly confident that the impact of those negative thoughts is shrinking. I find myself able to do things I had been emotionally blocked from doing. I am attracting increasingly supportive people into my life. Increasing numbers of people are downloading my podcasts around the world. All these positive things and more are happening as a result of my dilligent focus on accepting what is true right now for me.

  • Another step in increasing self acceptance
    Mar 14 2026

When we achieve the optimal balance between appreciating what is unique about ourself and what is universally true about ourself, we experience maximum energy and "aliveness".

In much of my spiritual journey I've been focused on what is universally true to the exclusion of fairly valuing what is uniquely valuable about me. Too often, I've told myself everyone knows what I know so I don't have anything valuable to offer. That is a self destructive lie in the sense that while all wisdom resides in everyone, not everyone is conscious of that wisdom, not everyone knows how to access that wisdom, not everyone knows how to use that wisdom for their benefit. I am a valuable and inspiring example of the benefits of ever increasing self acceptance.

For example, it's true that what we do to another we do to ourself because we are ONE. If our leaders understood and accepted that truth, we would not be having the wars we're having, the world would not be experiencing food shortages when collectively we produce more food than we can eat, people would not be exploiting others and the list goes on. The world is desperate for leaders that understand and can effectively communicate the fact we are ONE and the implications of that fact. Those of us that understand, accept and relate to being ONE are uniquely valuable in this world today.

I am inspired to advance acceptance of the fact we are ONE. I believe everyone has the inner resources to create what they're inspired to create. If that's true, I have the inner resources to create much greater acceptance of the fact that we are ONE. Accepting myself is the only way to claim those resources and direct them for our mutual benefit.

I offer thought coaching to support you in tapping into your inner wisdom and gaining greater freedom and effectiveness in creating the life you desire. To set up a free initial coaching session, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com

  • Letting go of long held beliefs
    Mar 12 2026

For as long as I can remember, I've seen myself as a separate person. Increasingly, I am aware thinking of myself in that way creates suffering. I get relief from that suffering by focusing my attention in the present moment and repeating the mantra "I am the world". Also, when I'm in the persent moment I am open to experiencing more of the unlimited energy and aliveness that I truly I am. That energy and power flowing through me is pure joy.

As always, I find acceptance is the way forward. In this podcast I do my best to accept where I'm at now in the transition from thinking of myself as separate to thinking of myself as ONE with all that exists. In that process parts of me that have long held incorrect beliefs surface. I gain the opportunity to "have a conversation" with those parts. I offer love and acceptance to those parts of me that are creating suffering in my life when their objective is to protect me. I appreciate and love those parts of me, and ask them to reconsider what is most beneficial. We'll see what effect that has as measured by what the physical world reflects back to me. I have parts that have been working tirelessly to keep sharing of the wisdom I find in meditation as limited as possible. Some parts of me believes that sharing to a large audience is not safe for me. I've asked those parts to reconsider.

I offer thought coaching where we support each other in increased awareness of our thoughts and the power we have to decide if those thoughts are accurate and should or should not be acted upon. That is true freedom. If you'd like to experience a free introductory thought coaching session, contat me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com to set it up.

  • The benefits of a mantra
    Mar 10 2026

We create using our thoughts. A mantra is a thought we repeat over and over in our mind. Sometimes it's referred to as an affirmation. Whatever label we give a thought we repeat over and over in our mind, incessangly repeating a thought in our mind has a big impact in our life.

We are aware of some of our thoughts and unaware of others. The thoughts we are aware of we have the choice to label them as being true or false, and to choose to act on those thoughts or not. We don't have that choice with unconscious thoughts. We just accept them as being true and act on them, unconsciously. Repeating the mantra fills our mind with the thoughts we want to act on and helps us expose thoughts that we were previously unaware of.

Being aware of the thoughts in our mind and the choices we have to act on them or not, is true freedom and power.

Repeating a mantra can be a huge benefit in our life. Try it out and see for yourself.

I offer thought coaching where I assist you in moving more thoughts from the unconscious to the conscious and claiming your power to decide what thoughts you want to act on and believe are true. To set up a free introductory coaching session, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com

  • The drive to experience greater aliveness
    Mar 8 2026

We all have an inheirant drive to experience being more vitally alive. Every goal we have exists because we believe achieving that goal will result in us feeling more vitally alive. I've often shared my belief the value in achieving any goal is the growth that is required of us to achieve that goal.

We have power, joy and creativity that is immense and far beyond our conscious experience. The more we remove obstacles to being consciously aware of and experience that power, the more we can consciously direct our joy wisdom and power.

It is the existence of false thoughts that we act on that limit our acceptance and awareness of the magnificence we are. The more we can accept the existence of those false thoughts and choose not to act on them, the more those thoughts lose their power in our life. The thoughts we act on are all powerful in our life. That's why it's so important to be aware of our thoughts. Only then can we consciously choose which thoughts to act on. Thoughts we are not aware of impact our life in ways we don't get to choose.

I offer thought coaching which supports you in being consciously aware of your thoughts and the power you have to choose to act on any given thought or not. For a free introductory coaching session, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com to set it up.

  • Drawing on our deepest resources
    Mar 6 2026

When difficulty strikes, it's time to draw on our deepest resources. For me that means meditation and in some cases friends.

Part of me is struggling with accepting my value enough to have it reflected back to me in the physical world. The arguments in my mind on the negative side are "no one wants or values what I have to offer", "I don't deserve huge success", "I haven't done the work to see my hopes and dreams realized" and so on. On the positive side, "I'm an inspiring example that has helped a great many people", "I am and have advanced win win thinking in the world making the world a better place", "I share wisdom in a manner people use to improve their lives" and more.

I know the way forward is to accept the existence of both the negative and positive thoughts, and choose to act only on the positive thoughts. The thought "I owe it to myself to give myself a chance" helps me a great deal. The thought, "I've broken through overwhelming resistance before, and I can do it again" also helps. These thoughts result in me having the strength and resolve to keep going.

I know I am creating every difficulty in my life and the way to change that is to continue to fill my mind with the thought "I am the world". I repeat that phrase in my mind many, possibly hundreds, of times a day. This, among other things, focuses my attention in the present moment where there is no suffering.

All this is the result of following the guidance I receive in meditation. I consider that to be my deepest resource.

I offer thought coaching if you think you would benefit from being aware of more of the thoughts that are in your head and the power you have to choose which thoughts to act on and which to let go of. For a free introductory session, contact me at scottfriedman40@gmail.com
