Story
Many years and even more levels have passed since Jake and friends entered Nevermore. With quite a number of floors passed, they turn their attention to the Challenge Dungeons. These Challenge Dungeons offer – as the name suggests – unique challenges and circumstances, and completing them will earn each Nevermore competitor points and multipliers to their existing points. As things unfold, it quickly becomes clear it’s through these dungeons that the true top-scorer of the Nevermore Leaderboards will be found.

Filler
Reviewed: 03-08-25
This book was just a giant filler, I am tired of people writing fillers if you aren't ready, just wait because I am more likely to stop listening like what I did to the Galaxy's Edge series which was nice then it had so many fillers, I just quit. Just write a solid book not an entire book of the MC in a tournament.

Max was murdered, but now he is mostly over it. Living on earth as a recent college graduate, he can still perfectly recall his past life on Albion, a sword and sorcery world. He'd been hailed as the "Hero of the World" after crawling his way up from poverty, eventually enjoying great fame and luxury. But on mana-starved Earth, he's just a guy.

I didn't like that half the book the mc seem to have lost his mind and was love struck especially with an npc. This guy also shared so many secrets, I'm surprised someone didn't sell him out, but now this friends or so called friends are left in the academy so they will share all his secrets. Dummy, book 1 was solid big brain mc, book 2, mc seem to get love struck and slower, if it continues like this into book 3 I'm out. please don't ruin this series as well.

Stated out slow but great

I wasn't expecting this to be so good once it got into the story. The MC started out dumb as a box of rocks then woke up halfway through and start doing common sense things such as working out to get stronger and train, then starting to kill people who are trying to kill him. I would like him to get more serious for the summoning and ask his contracted spirit to help him become the strongest in history. I also hope he doesn't shy away from killing humans, in the next one or this is going to be returned so fast Corvin won't have time to spend the credit.

Earth was chosen for Integration, but Ethan Hill knows from the second his Trial begins that the Integration is a lie. The beings giving Earth the 'honor' of access to their System Interface want something from Earth—he just doesn't know what. Now he's trapped on an alien planet and lost in a time loop, fighting for strength and for his own humanity. One thing's for sure: He'll die as many times as it takes to tear it all down.

This MC is a dummy
Reviewed: 01-13-25
Well I couldn't listen anymore after learning the fact that MC refused to use all his advantages because he thinks it was cruel to the fragment. This was where I stopped, I was on the edge of returning this before but that's what steals it. This is probably this worse book I bought in the last 2 years.

No more games of role
Reviewed: 01-06-25
Half the book was about the games of Role. I don't want to hear anything else about the games, I want real fights not some games. The last chapter was literally all that was new. I need the next book to be all about continuing the story not anymore filler or like Hannah Kim I'm jump ship and teleporting my credits elsewhere.

Well this is a big fat fail and a return. This necromancer refuse to raise dead and then create artificial souls then refuse to use them because they too life like. This book is too woke for me, I like my necromancer willing to raise the dead, enslave souls and do other necromancer things like use the enemy souls to make their own minions stronger, not some soft woke guy who is worrying about everything.

Story
He doesn't want to destroy the world. Problem is, he's an Apocalypse. Zeke and his friends are enjoying the city when suddenly, the apocalypse begins. Which one? ALL OF THEM. Lucky (or unlucky) enough to be chosen as an apocalypse himself, Zeke sets off to [Devour] his way to the top! It wouldn't be so bad, but his best friend's out to kill him, that rock has a gun, and everything, literally everything, has gone to hell. Zeke just came out here to have a good time, and honestly, he's feeling so attacked right now.

This female is now some super hero off bat and basically about to one shot everyone. This doesn't it pleasant. This is a return.

Johnnie Rico never really intended to join up—and definitely not the infantry. But now that he’s in the thick of it, trying to get through combat training harder than anything he could have imagined, he knows everyone in his unit is one bad move away from buying the farm in the interstellar war the Terran Federation is waging against the Arachnids. Because everyone in the Mobile Infantry fights. And if the training doesn’t kill you, the Bugs are more than ready to finish the job.

RC Bray did it again
Reviewed: 10-12-24
Let me ask something, Is RC Bray the best doing it on here because if he isn't, I don't know who else if better since he brought life back to this classic. I wanted so much more of RC Bray; I went back to listen to Galaxy's Edge book 1 and 2 since that one was hard as hell. I want some more of Bray with some classic Military books with a hard storyline like this one.

Garbage
Reviewed: 06-08-24
They had the perfect premise to build on with a great story line, but instead turned it into a story where a Lich must be the hero. This was such a waste, I could see if he was the anti-hero or something like that, but he’s wanting to be the hero and doesn’t want to use his dark powers that was where I said this was enough and returned it. Save yourself the time and don’t get this or you will also return it.

This book is so transparent it's like the MC who they said is a 33-year-old and he understands the world has the mind of a child. He has no idea about life and literally makes it so evident what he is doing or going to do, then he also keeps trying to save people who wants to kill him. These books are just trash and makes it hard for people to any to listen to any lit rpg.
