Even though Simon Sinek has built on the original work of Professor James P. Carse, he has managed to package a message of courage and a vision that would not only be more sustainable and valuable to society, but to any business as well. The fact that Simon narrates the content himself is a major plus - it is not a dull reading, but full of passion and conviction. The content is thought provoking on an individual level but should also be shared and considered at a business leadership level. The life we live and the activities we engage in to sustain our journey requires a different mindset than the one most of us where taught or conditioned to accept.
