I absolutely recommend this book to anyone who has ever thought that meditation and self-care was not in the cards for them. Not only does Rosie share her own experiences with and strategies for self-doubt and negative self talk, but she doesn’t shy away from the fact that there is no magical “cure all” for it. This book hit me right in the heart. The author provides an entertaining and down to earth approach to spirituality and striving to live your best life. I found this book to be so accessible and REAL. It was truly refreshing to read a book about self love that wasn’t all “good vibes only”.
