For years I have been trying to get my husband to follow a healthier lifestyle. So many of the things I’ve told him in the past are clarified in this book. Sadly we are now fighting his esophageal cancer. He opted out of the conventional treatments & after reading this book has decided to fight the battle with nutrition & lots of faith & prayers. Wonderful book full of hope!

Essential reading. Even in remission

Chris is simply the best resource out there for anyone who has been diagnosed and doesn’t want fear to dictate their decision making process.
My journey parallels Chris’s. He was one of the first online resources I found when I was diagnosed with stage three colon cancer almost seven years ago. I’m so grateful for his time, effort and wisdom - truly a voice in the wilderness.
Today I’m healthy and a better version of myself — largely because I try to live out everything discussed in this book. Chris helped tip the scales for me in following my faith and intuition. I agreed with and lived out virtually everything in this book. Instead of trying to advise people in my own words, I’d recommend this book because it covers all the major pillars of healing in a very articulate manner.
Even if you do choose chemo, following the plan of massive action and life changes will help you heal. Listening to this book — even after being in remission for over six years is a true joy and inspiration.

Big Pharma and the medical industrial complex doesn't necessarily have your best interest and your health and overall WELLNESS at the forefront of their suggestions... you must educate yourself !!!

It's a must read for inspiration! He has really good insight on alternative was to deal with disease. You have to be cognition of every way toxins can enter your life. Life altering.
