But the series of mysterious events that follows suggests that the developer is not going to give up easily. Then, shortly after Twelvis arrive, one of the group disappears. His body is found floating in a lake, with his blue suede shoes missing. Could the two be connected?

With the reputation of the Seaview on the line, Helen isn't going to wait for the murderer to strike again. With her trusty greyhound, Suki, by her side, she decides to find out more about her guests and who wanted to make sure this Elvis never sang again.

Glad I gave it a chance

The reader has some issues, but was overall still good. The story itself was interesting and the characters were very likeable. It was a charming who dunnit story.

In fairness, I am not a huge cozy fan. Based on recommendations, I will give the first in a series a chance. This book is no Thursday Murder Club. That book was superior plotting and writing. It is the only reason I chose to give this author a try. I am sure if you like cozies you will enjoy this book, Colleen Prendergast did an outstanding joy.
