Good and helpful but churchy.

Tracie had many good tips and helpful advice. I actually like the idea of writing down the good things that have happened since divorce. This book is very Christian based, which wasn’t for me, but I still finished it and found it helpful to listen too.

Good for religious people

Not very helpful if you are not a religious or non Christian person, it does have some good advice and recommendations

This book hit every note I was feeling and through the prompts helped me to process.
