An Affinity.

Most humans never get one, but the Goddess gives everyone the opportunity when they turn 16.

With an Affinity, humans are given access to their internal energy and skills. Magical powers that allow you to interact with the world in ways you could never imagine.

When Terrence receives his Affinity, he is shocked to discover it has never been seen before within the kingdom. Worse yet, his Affinity reinforces the thing he was made fun of for his entire life. His weight.

Follow Terrence as he uses his Affinity to progress with the hopes of becoming a dungeoneer - someone who explores and conquers dungeons.

Discover a unique world where Terrence and his friends learn about their new abilities, their Affinities, and themselves.

Their skills will grow, and if they work hard enough, they might eventually rank up!

It is definitely lacking the in excitement department. It felt like the prequel to the series where he kind of starts to find out who he is. The book kind of just stops at an awkward point and I would have thought the books should have been bundled as a series or at least 1/2 and 3/4. Much easier to spend a credit when you get more than 8 hours o lf listening.

Young Adult decent book.

I don't have many problems for new with this series but so things are wort a mark. Early one the MC feels like a 10 year old boy not the 16 year old young man that he is, however this do change after he enter the school and learn more about the world, I can only hope he grows up fast to match his actual age. The last ting is that this book gave me the feeling of being half a book.

Not good not bad just a okay YA book

okay so this is more a slice of life than adventure since you pretty get the town bullies, making friends on the way to a school, making more friends at school and well learning. there only like 2 fights on the whole book and one of them is just the uncle showing the mc how to hunt monsters and the other is the uncle fighting with his group of adventures

Decent story
