Um... Yikes!!

I'm currently somewhere in chapter 23. So far in every single chapter in this book, the leading females are out of this world annoyingly stupid. They have no common sense. it's almost offensive this author could give them a little bit of sense. keep in mind this in book 5 or 6 and I had to fast forward through most leading females scenes or throw my device against the wall. BUT IF YOU CAN GET PASS ALL THAT, THE STORIES ARE GOOD.

What was her accent?!?!

Troy Duran absolutely saved this narration. I have NO idea what accent Jillian was doing? I don't think she knows. Sometimes British, sometimes Australian, sometimes just a made up accent. It ruined so many parts of the story, but I pushed through so I could get to Troy's parts.

I’m not a fan of the female character voice , the story made her look very stupid and felt flat for me but everything else with the male narration would send chills up my spine 🌶️🌶️🌶️

🩴Lock the Doors n pull the shades! Overall I loved this book - it drew me in like staring at a car accident ...when I know I shouldn't. I'd like to say if you're into super spicy sexy scenes with unique dangerous characters, intrigue, excitement, angst and did I mention white hot lovin look no further, the MC series by Daphne is your one stop shop amigas! WEHUUU!!!!

👠The very beginning of this book made me waiver because I'm "personally" not into kidnappings... just sayin.
(I get it...Some people are into abduction fetish)

👡I decided to stick with it because I adore this author! D.L is officially my new favorite. Plus how can you go wrong with the dynamic duo ... Troy and Jillian. EKKK and J'adore! Voices like pure spun cotton candy, hand blown by the fantasy fairy n sprinkled on edible mango body oil! (Pass out good!!!!)

🥾Once Throne opened his heart, I started liking his character more. I was really rooting for this couple. Without giving anything away I must say this was a tantalizing & thrilling six hours and 34 minutes. (white knuckling it!) I loved every second and only wanted more! Our leading lady was fierce. (Kudos) Looking forward to the next MC adventure!
