Fun all the way through!

I've read a ton of fantasy and litRPG series but this is a standout! Fun all the way through and can't wait for the next one!

This is one of the best books I've come across in a while. I would highly recommend that you get this book. the Audible performance is great too. Great story.

A fantastic MC elevates this book to great.

"A breath of fresh air." Is one of those phrases that gets tossed around so much it sort of loses all meaning. But still I can't think of a better description for this particular title.

Jason the Auzzie is a night and day difference from the usual litrpg protagonists. He's friendly, likeable and navigates social situation with ease and good cheer. An attitude a thousand miles away from the usual dark, angsty, loner, we usually get in the subgenre and I can't praise it enough for making that choice.

Granted this book still has a few flaws. Mainly that it doesn't have much of a plot beyond, "explore this fantasy world." but dang I can't get over what a nice change of pace the MC is.

Started a little slow for me but later it grabbed more of my attention. take a chance on it.

Love the book

I have read and reread the book while the author was releasing it chapter by chapter just wish it was the full volume 1 instead of half of it.

All time favorite LitTPG

Light on mechanics. Heavy on snark and wit. Main character talks truth to power when no one else will.

Amazing story.

Story is fun and interesting. The characters are engaging. Only thing I found a little annoying was the juvenile views on god and religion the mc has. It's very I am 16 and I am very smart. Dawkins would be proud lol.

best man character I've read in years

the main character is a hilarious Aussie man with a stunning wit fast mental acuity and great reaction to the world the author puts him in. if you like lit RPG you're going to love this this is one of the greats.

Very enjoyable

I found myself captivated by this story and jason made me lol a lot the narrator does a really good job as well after listening to this book I wish he narrated more of the books I like I would probably like them more if he did them

Deeper than expected!

Wow!! I expected a video-game plot in story form... This one broke that mold after little time then continued to march off into awesome!
