OMG really enjoyed this read/listen! 😂😀😂

Only bad thing about a great book is that it ends ☹️ The author spins a great tale thank you! I never laughed so much, Emily is a "snarky" character with terrific comebacks, she doesn't take crap from anyone. She knows what she is worth and demands respect but not in an arrogant way. Her co-workers, Molly & Aaron are a hoot too. This book has it all: humor, mystery, suspense, hot hunks & lots of steamy love scenes that are "off the chart".

I have reread this book like 5 times and still not tired of it and cause I haven't been able to find another book with the same entertainment value.

More than I was expecting

While this book starts out as a familiar story line it quickly becomes so much more. The characters are intertwined in such an interesting way it will keep you guessing about their "romance". Overall the whole book doesn't follow the cookie cutter romance recipe which I really enjoyed. My only complaint was that we did get very much Sebastian York, I would have loved some more chapters narrated by him.

Such a great story!

The Stopover is book 1 in the Miles High Club series. This was my first read by TL Swan. I really enjoyed this story. Strong connection and intense chemistry between J and Em. They connect and have an incredible night during a layover before they go their separate ways. A year later they come across each other’s paths again when she lands a new job at his media firm. Sparks and attraction are still strong and they decide to start a more casual relationship until feelings become too strong. It’s not a smooth ride to a HEA, but they finally find their way to each other. The narrators were perfect for both characters. Highly recommend!

Not too spicy, but I did enjoy the story and will finish the series. The spice that is there is pretty tasty though!

Emotional roller coaster

I don’t normally write reviews but this book was truly amazing! “Jim” and Emily get to know each other on a plane back from London. With an unexpected stopover “Jim” and Emily have chemistry like no other. The pressures of a CEO who is dealing with someone who is out to get him. He has a white knight complex and pushes Emily away. Even with James aka Jim destroying her heart she still try’s to help figure out who is out to destroy him. Will he go to jail? Does he lose Emily forever after everything he done and said? Read for yourself!
