Outstanding instruction for the times we live in!

The narrator was easy to listen to and conveyed the material with appropriate voice inflection.
As a veteran law enforcement officer approaching retirement their is a crucial need for this instruction. Judges and law enforcement alike could benefit from recognizing and in dealing with these types of personalities.

It was so helpful, helped me more than any other book. 1 of a kind

MOST ACCURATE and fulfilling!

After reading so many books on this subject and feeling validated and vindicated, to some degree, I was always left unfulfilled. I knew these personalities/characters, even though unaware, unaccepting or evil, had to be able to change. The previous books I read said, most likely, no change is possible. There is no cure for this. In a way, that left these people unaccountable and/or not in control of themselves. That goes against everything I know about why we are here. But, this book explains it will just take more vigilance and facilitation on the part of the “responsible” characters - and change can come. Having these tools to facilitate this process and using them, can only be a greater refining experience for everyone involved. Thank you, Dr. Simon!!

I finally have an understanding!

The phrase “Fact is crazier than fiction”, is in fact true! I had previously spent $1000’s of dollars out of pocket, and almost 2 years of my life attempting to figure out what I was doing wrong/ what was wrong with me! However, I was never able to get a verbal explanation for a psychologist, nor a therapist. Instead I was given countless prescriptions for well over a dozen different medications throughout that time period. I took the medication thinking that I was going to fix myself, and that I in fact was the problem with Zero explanation, after all they were the experts. I finally had to throw in the towel, and had the same questions when I began as I did at the end… I had found “In Sheep’s Clothing “ and was instantly interested after reading the short story about it, however I had to wait for another credit in order to listen to it. Chapter Disturbance popped up and was a “free version “, I must say it has answered many questions that I had spent money attempting to answer and never did!!! I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful!!!

Very HONEST!

This author has nailed the portrait of character disturbance. As a survivor/former friend of an individual who is the epitome of a Helion --It made me feel heard, gave me a voice and put a name to many faces I saw come out of 1 human being which literally drained me. This book is so insightful and has helped me make sense of the abuse I endured. Definitely helps with the healing process for anybody going thru a relationship with a covert narcissist or sociopath in their life. its not just labeling--its about character reinforcement. Also helped me to analyze my behavior more constructively. Thank you!
