Slow development but Great

A great book to past a good time, and enjoy a new path storyline. Requires patience starting.

Good once you get going

Once you get past silly set up it's a really good book! Look forward to next one.

Great start, paranoid antagonist picks a degenerate to exert his wrath against. Lots of torture at first, but then he is able to break the cycle of pain with luck and stubborness. Good book, can't wait for book 2.

Great story and fantastic narration

I always like Stone’s stories. They really show the struggle low level and unsupported characters endure.

The reader is amazing! He really represents the emotions and personalities of the characters. It’s easy to tell when he is reading narrative and when he is reading character thoughts and speech.
