Enjoyable read about first contact.
I enjoyed the storyline and the author's effort to make it enjoyable. The believability of the doctor, soldier, and teenager ending up together was the biggest strength for me, but forgoing that, I really enjoyed the aspects of first contact, and questions about what that may look like are great!

Great story
This was an excellent first contact story. It was cleanly written, maintained interest, and overall surprising that I had not heard of this author before. Definitely enjoyable nothing bad to say about it at all.

I listen to lots of sci-fi, this was a new take on an old idea. the religious take was interesting
