Fun, fast thriller
Sarah Paulson sounded great and the story was a wild ride . The actors and sound effects made it feel like listening to a show.

Overall enjoyed, quick mini thriller
A rich lady is kidnapped. The kidnappers demand 25 million from her even richer mother. The chase to find her ensues.
The production quality is fantastic. Every scene is filled with environmental sounds, even down to the smallest detail like a characters feet walking on gravel.
Some of the voice acting was stilted in places, like it was just being read from a script. Sarah Paulson was great. Her narration is quite clever and a little snarky.
We get to hear the perspectives of both the police and the kidnappers as the day plays out, and I appreciated the tension building on both sides. With that being said, I found the last act anticlimactic. I guess this is partly because it’s hard to really care/be invested in characters when the story plays out so fast.
I always appreciate a thriller that doesn’t get too convoluted or too graphic. This one is neither. The mystery basically centers on who is behind the kidnapping and, more importantly, why?
All in all, moderately entertaining and it is nice to be able to wrap up a story in an evening of listening.
