Story
Two little girls stand with their heads bowed in my living room. I’m told they’re my granddaughters. Daisy is nine, and Alice seven. Daisy is the spitting image of her mother. This is the first time I’ve met them since my daughter and I fell out after she married that waste of space, Vince. They’ve come to live with me because their mother — my daughter — was murdered. In her own home while they slept close by. I think Vince killed her. But the police can’t prove it. I’ve always known he was no good. He treated my daughter like dirt. I said he’d cheat on her — but she wouldn’t listen.

Story
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

Help to manage insomnia
This audiobook provides a well-rounded approach to deal with insomnia and get better sleep. The natural remedies and supplements included are supported by research to provide realistic, medication-free options. The book is quite comprehensive and ensures that listeners have actionable strategies for improving the quality of their sleep. The step-by-step instructions for stress-relief exercises enhance its holistic approach. While the information there is invaluable, at times, it might be a bit too compact for a casual listener. This guide will be a great help to insomniacs in finding some effective, natural solutions to sleeplessness.
