Publisher's summary

What comes from one lie with good intentions? A Game of Pretend.

High school can be boring, but when hearts mingle and lies collide, you may find something interesting. Riley is new to the small town of Summer-Veil, and it's not long before all the girls want him. Wanting to get through the year under the radar, he attempts to take himself off the market. Emma is a normal girl with her set group of friends. When she gets an interesting offer, she's not to hesitant to take it.

Great young teen (or older) romance read

I loved this book! The description of the characters was great and the emotions and feelings which are so strong at that age really came thru not only from the author’s use of word descriptions but the narrator who did such a great job with emphasis at just the right places. I really felt the feelings of the characters., not just being read to but in the mind of the characters. I would recommend and feel comfortable for any tween up reading this. Emotions of first loves are strong and older women can remember and relate to that too!
