Great Positive Read!

Lots of golden nuggets in here

I love personal stories of learning and transformation and this is a great guide from n ex-frazzled mom into how she changed her mindset and started appreciating her life. She also makes it simple with a few mindset shifts that can change everything, I got a lot out of this book and I expect to be re-listening it a lot in the future if I start to feel negative.
