Publisher's summary

A More Complete Beast is men's writer Jack Donovan's third book in a series that started with the runaway cult hit, The Way of Men. The second book, Becoming a Barbarian, showed disconnected modern men - men born into the anti-identity "Empire of Nothing" - how to think tribally.

In A More Complete Beast, Donovan picks up Friedrich Nietzsche's thoughts on nobility and master morality and uses them to guide men through an "upside-down" modern world, avoid the trap of hateful ressentiment, and overcome adversity through creativity.

In Donovan's hands, Nietzsche's words are rasps and chisels to help men refine a strength-based ethos, revealing their highest and noblest selves to become more complete men. And, as Nietzsche reminded us, man is a beast - so to become a more complete man is always to become a more complete beast.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this because of the length, but let me assure you it is beyond worth the expense.

I wasn't disappointed.

Rarely does anything deserve 5 stars, but in this situation it is warranted. Great read!

It is an excellent primer on Nietzsche.

Jack Donovan did an excellent job in creating a primer on Nietzscheian philosophy in this, his latest work. It would be an great tool to use to introduce someone to Nietzsche before they dive into his direct writings. So many get lost in the abyss of Nihilism and miss the uplifting nature of his philosophy of self creation and personal mastery. Jack cuts right through it.

I love all Jack's books

A man of action and abstraction. Will listen more than once like I do his others.

Insightful read

I consider Jack's informative read a must for men wanting to see how 21St century western civilization has altered the definition of man. I hope men would realise how modern social standards has erased from communities the key characteristics of what Man is suppose develop into-Man Beast. To not fight is to roll over and die. To fight without honor or objective is to be ruled by selfish and wicked intent. Nobility is the fight to preserve the right and order for all men within a good orderly society. PUT YOUR PURSES DOWN YOU SOFT MEN, AND JUST READ THE DAMN BOOK.😎👍

This Hits Home

Jack Donovan is a hero we need to teach men how to thrive in a culture saturated by political correctness and the fear of offending others. Listen during your commutes or lonely drives.

Another great piece

If you've read or listened to his previous works then you must follow up with this.

If you're new to Jack, try to get his previous two books and complete them in order.

Either way there is much to be gained from reading just one to all of his work.

So what are you doing wasting your time in the reviews still? Go check it out!

Someone who gets it

Jack Donovan strikes a cord with his books. I don’t recommend very many books to my friends, but this is one of them. If you feel lost in today’s world, this ones for you.
